August 9, 1946 - October 24, 2016Charles E. Hughey, 70, of New Hope, passed away Monday. Visitation will be Thursday 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held at Hayden Cemetery, Friday at 4:00 pm
