September 28, 1939 - March 30, 2018Barbara Wall Smith Jacobs, 78, of Owens Cross Roads, passed away Friday. Visitation will be Monday 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will follow at 2:00 pm.
