August 5, 1933 - March 1, 2018Franklin D. Kelly, 84, of Grant, passed away Thursday. Visitation will be Monday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Owens Cross Roads Church of Christ. Services will follow at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow in Moon Cemetery.
